Good morning.

It would be possible to get some samples of the different letters and affidavits required by the Canadian Embassy in order to apply for a study permit or, let me know of any link where somebody had published them. I would like to have them for my reference.

1. Personal statement in support of student permit application.
2. Description of the trip (letter).
3. Confirmation of accommodation letter. I will live with cousin in Canada, she will pay or sponsoring me during my stay in Canada.
4. Certified letter from the custodian accepting custody of the minor. (I am 17 years old)
5. Affidavit of undertaking from my family member paying my expenses. My aunt will pay my tuition cost and travel expenses, or affidavit for sponsorship declaration.
6. Personal letter stating my ties and my promise to come back to my country.

i obtained admission in Sheridan college for jan 2015 intake.

please answer my queries:


1)can i pay money in GIC account through my uncles who are living in USA?
YES
2)can i show my fathers Provident Fund Account(approx 45,000 CAD or 25,00,000 indian money) as a proof that i can afford my studies and stay in canada?

3) i am appling under general catogory ,so will opening a GIC account with 10,000 CAD will be of any added advantage(or should i show money equalant to 10,000 cad in my indian account...because only 1 is possible.

4)How much minimum money should i show in my indian bank account for my living costs for getting the approval
AT LEAST YOUR TWO YEAR TUTION FEES

My total fess for 2 years is 29,000 CAD (16,24,000 Indian rupee).i have obtained a loan for 20,700 CAD(11,60,000) from an indian bank and i have paid the 1st sem fees of 7500 CAD.

got rejection under spp on 2nd of december reason = your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of your qualifications. previous studies , employment , level of establishments , language abilities , or your future prospects and plans. my profile 10th 57%. 12th 69% with humanities after that diploma of one year in hardware n networking 73% thn a 2 year advance diploma in computer applications 74% both of my diplomas from gurukul infotech ludhiana an iso certified institute showing my result online on their website . ielts 6 overall with 6 each in lis rea wri n 5.5 in speaking i want to know sir is there any hope fr me can i reapply n get visa is there any chance plzz help me wat to do my last diploma completed in february thn i did ielts on 24 th april going for computer systems technician 2 year course in sheridan n got rejected no sop attached by my consultant

And my application is rejected once before, I applied on 25th Nov and got rejection on 3rd dec.

Hi,

I, an international student, am continuing my PhD degree in Canada and have study permit valid until Nov 2016. My wife is under open work permit with validity until Nov 2016. We have one child (1 year old) who is Canadian citizen. My questions are

(1) If I close my study now, can I stay Canada until Nov 2016 under my study permit ? Will my wife's open work permit be valid though I close my study now? Both permits have condition that "you have to leave Canada by Nov 2016".

(2) we also have done our medical for immigration under FSW category and now waiting for a decision. In this situation if i close my study, will I get any work permit in Canada?

i dont think its a good idea. bcz a/c to the new rule clges will be reporting to CIC. hence if u close ur study, CIC will know.

Thanks lucifer for reply. If I have to withdraw from my program, the what is the possible way to stay in Canada legally?
I think once I withdraw, my SP will be invalid following 90 days. My wife has open work permit. Can I get a WP or TRP?

do you think chemical lab technician course is the best match for me for getting the visa?
i could not find any other course which was closely related to my field...if you know of any other course or any other way that will not get me rejected under 'course mismatch' i will really appreciate your help...

I read somewhere on this forum 1 guy got rejected under this course and he had 12th medical , and one guy commented that lab technician course is probably not for medicl students hence he got rejected...i'm really afraid as I think there might not be any relevant course for me..
