My common in law is Canadian.
My ee ITA form asks me to upload his siblings citizenship proof. Do I need to upload it or just upload his passport?

Because his all family is original Canadian. I think the government can easily find their history.

So provide that document, not something else.

You will save yourself unnecessary and totally avoidable delay by providing documents that were not asked for
