Canadian sibling points for EE

could someone please help me...
What are the additional points under EE one gets if he/she has a sibling in Canada? Is it uniform for all the provinces or they have different points for different provinces?
Also, what is the process of getting the sibling sponsorship, I mean what all documents the Canadian sibling has to provide me with ?
