Case background:
Got a PR for Canada in Jan 2019 under skilled migration Category valid till Jan 24. Spouse and kind were shown as Non accompanying dependents, medicals and police verification duly done. Our Idea was me to settle first and than sponsor them rather than disrupt the entire settled life.
Have not been able to travel to Canada initially due to Job and than due to COVID restrictions due to which condition of 730 days of minimum stay would not be fulfilled
Queries:
1) Can i now enter Canada basis valid PR card ( Card is valid till Jan 24) . Would they allow me to enter given as my PR Card is valid but i would not be able to fulfil minimum period of stay i.e 730 days. Is there is threat of denial of entry.
2) Can i sponsor my Spouse and kid next year if i fulfill income requirement as required to sponsor
3) Is there an option for my Wife & Kid to travel with me ..either on tourist visa or would it be better to apply her own PR
4) Or Shall we wait for her PR which we might get by next year and i can also go along basis my valid PR and apply for extension when due.
