Canadian Permanent Residency and USA

Hi,

I want to know that after getting Canadian Permanent Residency can an applicant and his dependant can work full time, study as domestic student of USA or visit USA as a tourist easily?? What are the rules for Canadian PR visa holders?? How easy or tough to go USA?? :

Canada and the US are two separate countries with their own immigration and residency rules. So no - Canadian permanent residents cannot study as domestic students in the US and cannot work there as domestic US residents.

Even if you are a Canadian PR, you may still need a visa to visit the US as a tourist. This is determined based on the passport you hold. If you are from a non-visa exempt country, then you will need a visa to visit the US.
