Canadian PCC and other questions

Hi all,

I almost finish preparing the CEC application package, and now are stuck by several questions. Any help is highly appreciated.

1. I have been in Markham Ontario for almost two years, already get police certificates and clearances from my home country. Do I have to get Canadian PCC? I searched the forum for similar question however got different answers. Most said "no, don't have to". Please senior guys help to confirm it?
2. My wife and daughter will not accompany me this time. If that is the case, do I still need to provide police certificates and clearances of my wife? and do I need to pay processing fee for my wife and daughter?
3. Some documents, such as IMM 5476, IMM 0008dep. Is it OK I leave the related records in IMM 5610 of "DOCUMENT CHECKLIST" as unmarked?

1. No, you don't require a Canadian PCC unless CIC requests it.
2. Yes and Yes.
3. If your application doesn't require them, then you need not complete or include them.
