I'm trying to fill in the Canadian Passport application form and would want to use a coleague as a reference. The application form asks for the references "address", so can I use my coleague's office address? Please note that the form explicitly asks for "home address" of the guarantor and the emergency contact, but this is not the case for reference. Anyone had an experince that can help me?
