Canadian Mother, Baby was born in US how can I do paperwork for child

Hi there, I am Canadian and still working in Ontario when I have baby here in united state what should I do or how I can get back to Canada and what kind of paperwork(form) to apply for a child became a Canadian? Does a child get social security number, passport as well healthcard or child benefit . Is it any time limited to get these paper done in at all? Thank you for much for your helpful answer as soon as possible.
