CANADIAN GIRL RINGING AGAIN...WANTS TO GO HOME!!!! HELP ;)

Dear Leon, and to anyone that can answer this question!!!

Your advice has been so helpful...i have another one for you!

When we go for the Medical Examination my husband will have to bring :
1. passport
2. 4 passport photos with size specifications
3. glasses
4. Appendix C application sheet
5. Is there anything else I am forgeting???

Also, when the tests are completed and the Apendix C sheet is filled out, do we have to wait for a reply(processing time)(are the test sent to Italy visa office for Greece first, then we wait for an approval?) before sending our application to Canada?

Please fill me in right away if you can

Hi MargoS,

At the end of the medical exam session, the doctor should give and sign what's called the "copy 2 of the medical report - section A" (people in this forum have said that it's got green colour).

You'll have to include that report when sending your application...I assume to CPC-Mississauga since you're doing it outland?
