Hi ! I’ve recently checked my crs score on the free assignment tool in cic website. My Crs score is 431. I’ve been living in Ontario for the past 3 years and 1 year of job experience in managerial position. I want to settle in Ontario. The thing is if I go for the express entry is there any possibility of getting pr? If not is there anything I can do in a short time to increase my points ?

Hi Omar,
you can try following options

1. Getting a Job offer from your employer will give you 50 Points or 200.

2. Increase your score by improving english or french proficiency

3. Do ECA for spouse if not done previously. will give you increase in minimum 5 points.

4. Request spouse to give English proficiency test if not done previously. Will give you increase in points by minimum 4 points

thanks for responding. What do you mean by job offer ? Is it ok if it’s not a part of LMIA ? Because I thought it will only work for LMIA. Can you please elaborate?. Also if I get a job offer from my current workplace will that count too ? I will be honest with you.... I’m only 23 and unmarried. The last time I gave IELTS ( back in November, 2019) I scored 7.5 ( speaking- 8, listening- 7, writing-7.5 and reading-7).
