Hello,
I came to Canada as a student and so did my husband. We got married in Canada last year. My husband just got his post graduate work permit 6 months back, he has no work experience for which we can claim points, but he has worked at multiple places part time as a student (20 hours per week on study permit) and he is working now on a job that counts under NOC B.

So my question is , while we create a express entry profile now, is it mandatory to mention all his work history under "Spouse's work history"? because his experience anyway doesn't count for anything . If yes, then do I mention everything including the work he did as a student (those were NOC C, D jobs) or just the one that he started 6 months back as full time job on his official work permit ?

It's my humble request to all the senior as well as experienced members of this forum or anyone who is 100% sure of the answer to this question, please guide us.

Thank you.

No. On the profile, you only include experience for which you are claiming points. Later, if you get an ITA and complete the application for permanent residence (eAPR), there is a personal history form that you will each have to fill out - there, you include EVERYTHING.

Hello Jes,
Thanks for the reply, looks like we made a mistake while submitting the file. Everything has been mentioned for the primary applicant but in the case of dependent in the personal history section the whole time period during which he had a study permit we have written that time period as ' educational activity' and have not mentioned the part time job he had during the overlapping time. As it was an overlapping period and there was no gap, would this be considered a misrepresentation? Please help.
