Actually i applied from India and mentioned New Delhi as my Visa Office.However,my application was being sent to Ottawa for further Processing after Aor.I want to ask is it ok taht my processing office is Ottawa ad not New Delhi?
Well, as far as processing goes it is ok even if the application goes to CPP-O.
All CPP-O applications currently go to Detroit for visa/COPR issue, so you may have to send the passport across to Detroit or find someone to carry it for you or travel there yourself when you get your PPR. If it is with New Delhi office, this part becomes easier for you assuming you'd be in India when this happens. Otherwise, I see no real reason to worry.

Thanks for your reply.Yes you are right, i am worried about my passport which i need to send to Detroit.Other than that i have no problem about the processing.Actually i mentioned New Delhi as my Visa Office but when they sent me an email to send my PCC fron India to Ottawa,than i came to knew that my processing office is Ottawa.Well,thanks once again...Lets see what happen..

Not sure if CIC would transfer the file to New Delhi if you request. From what I have seen they usually don't do that. Even if they do, I'd think trying to get the file transferred to another office might slow down your process. If I were you, I'd let it proceed all the way and deal with the Passport Request when it comes.
