yeh ???? wali jagah te thoda kina number hai???
main jad 6th july nu apply kita c odo eh 0010 c.... te jado 29th nu kita odo 0070 ho gya

does it means number of passport/application for that month??

yes, its a good logic. I am sure that "last number" must be in sequence, not a random one. but, I think its different from one office to another. Lets say one sequence for Chandigarh, and another for Delhi. But I am sure that sequence number includes "other applicants as well", lets say Tourist visa applicants.

But its my logic ! May be wrong..

kyuki second wala date hai 18th july is CHAA/180711
n 20th july is CHAA/200711
