Hello,
I'm a Canadian Citizen and i'm studying medicine in Pakistan.
I met and married a guy (non-Canadian) from my university who is a doctor now.
I've been going back and forth as my family (parents and siblings) still reside in Toronto.
What I would like to know is:
-there is a question that asks if i'm currently living in Canada OR if i live exclusively outside of Canada;
i believe i'm considered to live outside of Canada because i live with my Husband after we got married.
-this is followed by "when do you plan to resume residency and where do you plan to live upon your return?"
It asks the specific date (which would be when my husband is able to live there with me, and the processing time is 31 months for Pakistan, unfortunately) and as for the address i can simply write my parents address because it will take us some time to settle down
-It also asks to provide proof of your intention and asks for details of the plans to establish
-what proof can i provide at this point in time except that my family and friends are aware of the fact that i'll be returning with him
so are letters from friends/ family enough?
-the options written to be checked off as proof are:
Job offer in Canada
Employment contract in Canada
Letter of acceptance by an educational institution in Canada
Property rental agreement
Property deed
Mortgage on property
-which of these can i provide 2.5 years ahead of time
-if I include a property rental agreement of my parents because they're on rent, does that count for us, because it's not in our name?
-also, we're not earning as we're both studying, is that a 'down-point' for our application?
-Furthermore, as proof of our relationship: we have countless pictures (what is the maximum number of pictures I can include?) of our marriage ceremony and dates and phone records of before we got married, but is that enough?
Please shed some light on this confusing situation
Any help is appreciated!
