Canadian Citizen returning to Canada from US after 3 years.

Hi-

When I left Canada 3 years ago, I filled the form to stop paying my canadian Tax. I payed all my taxes in the usa fro 3 years, I moved back last november to canada. I filled my 2018 us tax.

Now I need to tell IRS that I want to pay all my tax in Canada.

Which IRS form Do I need to fill?
