Hi all,
I am planning to move back to Canada from overseas with my family in June. I am a Canadian Citizen and have been living abroad for over 5 years (last time I entered Canada was in 2009). Since then I got married and had 2 children, my kids have the passport and I sponsored my Husband. He recently got his Permanent Residency approved and we are planning to move as a family. So my questions are as follows:

with regards ti the goods to follow, do we just make one list in his name?? am I allowed to ship stuff back too?? or is it better just to put it all in his name?

with regards to the "declaration card" do my kids and I fill a separate one than my husband or just one??

another question is when we got married and had my kids we received alot of gold as gifts(mostly for my self and the kids) is there a limit that i should be aware about declaring?? on the customs webpage it was saying something about gifts not more than 800$$....please enlighten me

thank you all for your help in advance as i am getting really confused
