Does anyone have recent experience in getting TN visa approved? I used to work in US on H1-B and then moved to Canada around 4 yrs back. Since then, I am living and working in Canada. I am a Canadian citizen how and might get a US employment offer.

NOC code should be Computer System Analyst. I hold a India Masters Degree in IT (Computer Science). Around 14+ yrs of experience in this field.

My understanding is that there are a lot more rejections on the border than going through USCIS.

Hello Everyone,

Did anyone use IEE https://myiee.org/ ( International Education Evaluations ) for education evaluation for TN visa point of view ?

I have done my Bachelor's in computer application ( 3 years) & 2 years of MBA from India.

As per IEE support for immigration purposes, they do not need an original copy of transcripts but scan copy is enough.

They are members of NACES https://www.naces.org/members .

I want to know if anyone used their service from TN Visa point of view & can share their experience.

Thanks

As per CBP, NACES members' evaluations are accepted. What is the US equivalency for your BCA and MBA as per IEE?

Any one with any experience related to TN Visa
My Wes evaluation for Bsc(IT) 3 years India is
Length of studies 3 years
Us equivalency : Bachelors
Post graduation certificate in Mobile application development (Canada)
Length of studies : 1 year
Us equivalency : Undergraduate certificate
Will my length of studies i.e 3 years Bachelors be a problem in obtaining TN Status ?

It is safer to get a TN with an offer from a company that knows how to properly draft up all the documentation. The people I know had education from Canada and US but it's always a bit risky, people try a couple of crossings if denied initially, ie, no one can guarantee since it's at the discretion of the border agent.

If your education is from outside Canada I recommend getting all equivalencies and really strong offer letters making a strong case.
