Canadian citizen certificate, Apply Online?

I currently live in Canada and I recently became Canadian citizen 4 months ago, and my wife gave birth to a child last month and they currently live in India

I'm applying for Canadian citizen certificate for my newborn

Can I apply online? or I need to send the paper application?

Please advise, this is the first time i'm applying for citizen certificate

Do I need to send citizen certificate application from Canada? or will it be a consulate office in India?

Note: I currently live in Canada and my new born and my currently live in India

As long as you have all the required documentation (child's birth certificate, etc.), you can apply here in Canada.
