For my family business it would be better if I can live in Europe . So can I move to Europe permanently
Is there any EU country I can take EU residency .

No. You will only be a short term visitor. You can not "live" in or "move" to Europe based solely on your Canadian citizenship. You will not have the right to work or healthcare as a visitor.
 
No, I'm pretty sure you'll need a visa or work permit for any country within the EU. EU member country citizens can live and work anywhere in the EU but I'm almost certain that your visa/work permit will be country specific. Countries within the EU maintain their own rights when it comes to immigration rules for non-EU citizens and the requirements for each country are different. You won't be able to just go to get a visa for Europe/EU.
 
The only way you can live and work within the EU as a Canadian is if you are a spouse of an EU citizen. If I am not mistaken, spouses of EU citizens have the same rights (to live and work) as an EU citizen within EU. The EU spouse would obviously have to accompany the non-EU citizen for this to work.
