Canadian Citizen by birth

Hello PPM and all Seniors.

I am on work permit and my wife is on spouse(VISITOR). My wife is going to give birth to a baby in canada in june 2010. We r planning to apply for PNP.

Do i need to meet LICO for my canadian born child in my PNP application for 3 persons ( me,wife and child $33,933) or just for 2 (me and wife $27,601) will be ok?

I know i am at wrong forum, i should be in pnp forum but in Here i get quick and satisfactory answers.

No LICO for sponsoring spouse and dependent children...

In which PNP you are going to sponsor your kids?

I am going to apply in BC PNP semi skilled pilot project, where, if i want to include my wife and children i have to meet LICO in my job offer.
So i m confused about my child going to be born in Canada.
