Hi Everyone,

I would like to find out how two people can divorce if they reside in a different country from where they celebrated and registered their marriage.
The story..
Husband: Canadian citizen / Wife: French citizen
Marriage celebrated in Las Vegas and formally recognised from what she said. From their marriage they have two kids.
Presently they both live in Indonesia and Indonesia has been there home for many years.
Now they live apart for over 5 years (exact date unknown to me). He went off with another woman during their time together and had a new baby. At the news she decided that it was time for him to leave the house.
Approximately a year later, the wife and I meet and today she is expecting a baby from me, italian citizen.
I wish to find information on how a divorce for them can be processed and the best way on how a divorce can be settle. I can't manage to receive clear information from them.
Is there any particular details to take in consideration if the husband is Canadian? Can a divorce be obtain in a country like Indonesia and how should someone start the process?
Who should i ask?
Thanks for your help
