Canadian Certified Translators in Syria and North Cyrprus?

Have any of you found a Canadian certified translator in Syria and the Turkish Republic of North Cyprus? If yes, please let me know who you went to.

I am not able to find any online as they say they either have no services or embassy in the country.

You need to find a translator that is certified in the country in which the translation occurs (i.e., Syria and TRNC), not in Canada.

Why don't you find one on the Internet? Just Google Canadian certified translator and you'll have plenty of websites providing the service.
