Canadia police Check?? do I need it?

I have in Canada application for CEC class.

I come in since May 2011 and applied PR on March 5 2013. I have submitted all my police check from other country include my home country. Do I need to do one for Canada as well, and where can I get it if I have to get it. I remember from application guide do not request it if you are apply in Canada. Can Someone help?

You don't need it at the time you apply. CIC however might request it later on.
