Canadain sponsoring spouse moved to NYC

Hi everyone
I need ur kind suggestion on following
My spouse is a canadain citizen applied for spouse sponsorship last year
Now he got a full time job in NewYork
Can anyone please guide me that
Should we inform the embassy about this move?
This ll effect our case or not?
Can he apply for a spouse visa from usa too?

You must inform CIC about his move out of Canada. They are going to want proof from him that he in fact intends to move back to Canada once you have been granted your PR visa. If he is unable to prove that, you will not be issued your PR visa. I am not certain what kind of visa he would be allowed to apply for in order for you to join him in the US or even if he could apply for it for you or if you need to apply for it yourself.
