hi I just completed my 3 year, so I am eligible as I did not leave Canada. As per application form 186 days outside of Canada requires PCC from Home Country, I know lots of discussed in this forum.
Planning to send citizenship application without the PCC , not sure they will return or they will ask for the PCC ? anybody has any real experience?
NB: I know calling CIC wont help, pls share real experience.. I am unable to collect PCC from home country as nobdoy livs there from my family.
