hi - thought i will update here. my dad got his Canadian visitor visa for 10 years. still waiting on my mom as her 1st biometric had some issue and they asked to re-do the fingerprints.

i applied my parents tourist visa from Denver, CO USA. so my dad's visa came through in 30 days. but mom's still is pending as she had to re-take her biometrics. still waiting on her been more than 2 months now. but if everything is fine its taking anytime from 25-30 days.

applied on may 26, 2023 through new portal
received biometric request on may 27, 2023.
passport request on June 27
passport with visa came back on July 10.
