I applied for my visitor visa last week and did my biometrics yesterday. I am an international student studying in USA and I need to get my canadian visa done by 4th of March. I have a competition to attend, is it too late? Should I just get a refund? I tried getting it expedited but they replied that I need to have a relative dying or a serious medical condition for it to get approved quickly. I have spent two semesters working towards this competition..
