Canada visitor visa from Ukraine

I wonder if someone can help me with my question. I think that CUAET end in July for new applications. I went through visa company in Ukraine very start of September and they told me about 15working days. Does this sound right? Has anyone else apply in last couple months? Thank you

And yes, CUAET visa closed to new applications on July 16th.

I spoke to someone with immigrations today and they said its hard to judge the time for a visitor visa from when you apply. You could have it in as little as a month to as long as 1 year or anywhere in between.
