Canada Visitor Visa from Pakistan 2019

Hi,
I have applied for canada visit visa on 26th June, 2019. I have visited dubai for 3 days as my past travel history on March 27- March 31, 2019. The reason for me to visit canada is that I want to meet my girlfriend in canada. I study in an online american university and we became friends there. She is a South Korean national and is residing in canada on IEC one year work permit. I applied for canada study visa last year but was refused on the grounds of lack of financial resources. I want to visit canada for 12-14 days and as I am a student and I am only 20 years old so my parents will give me 2100 cad grant. Also, my father was an ex airlines employee so I will get a fully funded return ticket to canada from his ex-employer. Can you please tell me what are my chances and If I have a strong case? It's been 20 days since I applied online at CIC website.

With my experience I don’t see any success (but who knows), Reason why I am saying this:

1. No purpose of Travel (want to see GF?)
2. No Travel History
3. No financial stability

Above is my thoughts and you may be disagree.

Thanks for your reply. Lets see what happens. If i don't get a visa. I will wait for sometime and meet her in korea then. I just wonder why they have kept an option for visit visa if they reject so much after wasting my time and money lol. Well it's my country's people fault. If they stop overstaying and illegally immigrating. The situation could be better. Thank you Mr. nmatter
