I am suffering from pectus excavatum and I am of 19 years old can i pass the medical test to get canada study visa and permanent residency later on

None of us here can tell you that. There's certainly a chance you may get the visa - but it will depend on how your medical is evaluated.

I have mild pectus excavatum from my birth. Iam now 19 and want to go canada for study.. Will i fit in the medical exam?? Does pectus excavatum effect on my medical exam??

If surgery is not necessary to treat the pectus excavatum it is unlikely to be an issue. You may want to bring proof of the fact that you do not need surgery when you received your diagnosis to the medical if you have it.
