Canada Visa photo physical dimensions

Hi all,

I got my digital photo but not sure it meets the requirements. I will really appreciate it if anyone could help me with this!

My digital photo is 1009 × 1297 pixels, with DPI 72 pixels/inch in my mac computer, file size is 214 KB. I think it meets the requirements: no less than 60 KB and physical dimensions in pixels at least 420×540?

But I am not sure about this: final frame size 35mm × 45 mm? How can I tell if my digital photo will meet this when printed?

Also, what is the difference between pixels per inch (PPI) and dots per inch? My DPI is 72 but I see if scanned, resolution should be at least 600 PPI?

Any help would be much appreciated!

Open it with paint and you can change it to the desired requirements on this. That' what I done
