I applied for Visitor Visa with my husband and 6-year-old son on Oct.05,2018 and on Nov.3, 2018 we were rejected for the following reasons:
o I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your travel history
o I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.
o I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit
I uploaded all the supporting documents and optional documents to my application.
1: One duly application form
2: Travel History (required) (we had three Schengen Visa to Europe (Germany, France) during past three years and some to middle east (UAE)
3: Passport
4: Use of a Family Member Representative for Online Applications (IMM5713), required.
5: Proof of Means of Financial Support (I uploaded last 4 months’ deposit bank statements and account savings for 2 banks + 3 months’ payrolls, employment letter which demonstrate the date of my employment, my position, the salary which I receive monthly, the duration of my leave and the time that I get back to work again, the title deed, the lease agreement, Vehicle of ownership
6: Marriage License/Certificate
7: Digital photo
8: Purpose of Travel – Other (I uploaded the flight ticket, two hotel reservations for Toronto and Montreal and travel itinerary (places we will visit day by day during our stay).
9: Family Information (IMM5645), required.
10: Schedule 1 - Application for a Temporary Resident Visa Made Outside Canada (IMM 5257) (required).
11: Client Information (required), I wrote a letter to Visa officer and explained my last 10 years’ employment in separate paper, also the LOE which I again explained everything about myself, (my current job, the documents such as; my identification, my social health insurance and mentioned separately that I attached the below lists into the financial proof section:
1: Two Account balance and two bank statements
2: The employment letter, pay bills for last three months
3: Title deed (my ownership identification of a property)
4: Lease agreement of an apartment.
5: The vehicle ownership identification
What I uploaded was all the embassy asked me for .
I really have no idea what extra documents should I upload if I want to reapply!
