Canada study visa judicial review

hello,

i have won settlement on my judicial review fille for canada study visa. it is almost took 3 month but my application is not reopened. is there any once have idea but document irrc request to resubmitt. i won settlement in dec 2025.

Ask your lawyer about the next steps. JR just means application will be reviewed by another officer. You don't resubmit documents usually as you asked for JR based on your original application. You believe your application is strong enough without providing new documentation. IRCC may ask for updated bank statements since they would be old.

As i was going to university form master degree. while appling i attached PAL and POA. now i have got readmission in same university, course and fall 2026. Now university has not provide me new PAL. i am wondering if IRCC gone ask for new PAL or not. As when i applied for my visa my PAL was valid.

What school and when were you supposed to start the program? They will ask for new PAL if expired.

IT is northeastern university toronto campus. Programm is MS in project managment

I applied for Judicial review in sep 2025 and got settlement in dec 2025 till that day i am waiting to reopen my application. even applied for judicial review when my university told me to do that. i have received admission in jan 2026 in same university and same course what 2 day ago i received mail that i didn't selected for PAL

Now i am little tensed. what my IRCC ask for PAL.

I am a worried is IRCC gone ask for PAL because when i applied my previous PAL was valid. and this is a reopening of same application not new application

Northeastern University is a private school and a diploma mill for international students. Should have applied to a public university. Why are you going to the school since program is not on the PGWP eligible list.

If they ask then you need one.

So you wait for IRCC to review your application again. Not sure why you want to go to that school that doesn't even give you PGWP.

As mentioned you don’t think the next VO is going to think , why is this person spending all this money to come to a place to “ study “ where after they are completed, can’t even get a PGWP ?

FYI. You didn’t “ win “ anything. Just another shot at another VO is going to review your file

you are wasting your time
