I have only one backlog in my last semester of graduation. Can I still apply for Canada student visa. What are the chances of getting the visa?

Nobody can really answer completely without more information such as what are you graduating in, which course are you thinking of in Canada, what is your English language level, how will course in Canada help with your prospects in your home country.
