Canada Student Visa Rejected for Jan intake under SPP Category-need guidance

Dear Friends,
My Profile as Follows:

• B.E. Instrumentation & Control Engineer graduated 2014.
• Diploma Instrumentation Engineer graduated 2011.
• 1 year I.T. Diploma in 2004
• IELTS score 6.5 overall.
• Work experience 3+ years.
• GIC 10,000 & 1st Semester Fee paid.
• Medical test done before application to visa.
• Program Start date is 3rd Jan. 2016
• Strong sop
• no gaps

Applied and got accepted in Fanshawe College for Electronics & Embedded Systems Development Post Graduate Certificate 1 year course for Jan. intake.

Applied for Canada Student Visa under S.P.P. category on the 1st December 2016 and received visa Rejection letter on 15th December under "Other" Reason.

Now I'm planning to apply under general category. Need your kind advice and guidance for applying under General category.
Should I change my program? College?

I will suggest you to apply for caips note and know the exact reason for your refusal. So for the next time you can make improvements in that area and submit again.

i applied to Electronics & Embedded system development at fanshawe college.

I am going to apply for CAIPS notes tommorow.

I have decided to defer my departure to May intake.

I really could'nt see any logical reason to get rejection.

I have applied for the CAIPS notes let see what happends.
