Canada Spouse Open Work Permit

Hi,I am applying for Spousal Open Work Permit.Currently I am working in Canada and my spouse is in India.I dont have lease or tenancy documents.Is the lease agreement is mandatory for Open WP ? Or there is any alternative doc i can provide?(FYI i dont have any utility bill on my name)

What is your permit? If PGWP, you just need 3 payslips and employment letter in a NOC A, B or 0 job. When does your permit expire?
