Canada residents returning to US

Hi

what do we select as Residency status in Customs form 3299 when returning to USA from Canada on h1b status? We are living in canada and commuting frequently to USA for work. Now returning to USA permanently.

I am also looking for a reputable movers to ship items from Canada to mid west state in US. Any recommendations?

Upack is best. However, you’ll need to arrange for packing, loading and unloading. Very cost effective though.
