Canada Residential Address Proof for PCC (India) - Express Entry Application

Hi All,

Could you please help me to get the below clarifications on priority ?

1) I don't have Driver's License or Ontario Photo ID Proof. So can I submit Office Reference Letter for Address proof / Notice of Income Tax Assessment which came to my home address or Rental Lease Agreement Letter as part of my Canada address proof ?

2) Is walk-in option available in Toronto or Brampton BLS center without prior appointment ?

I dont think you really need Canada Address proof in the form of DL or Photo id. You can get a letter from employer (Bonafide letter) as a proof of residency or Rental Agreement. You can contact Toronto BLS about the same and explain the situation and follow what they say.

The Phone line will take time to connect (1 to 2 hours you have to be in line), But that's the only way as walk-in is restricted these days.
