Canada refusal , but didn’t receive refusal letter yet.

Hii ,
I got refusal from Canada for July 19 intake in 7 days . But still I didn’t receive any refusal letter from immigration. And no updates. Now I apply online for July intake . But I have doubts that I didn’t receive refusal letter and I re -applied for that .
My ielts score is -6.5 , and 5.5 in two modules.
I deposit full year fees .
Sufficient funds .
Strong SOP
Gic .
But didn’t know for what reason they refused my file .

Unless you share your full profile (everything you put in your application), we can't even begin to figure it out for you. By looking at the limited information you have share I would say one problem is that your IELTS is too low.
