Regarding to many recruitment agencies which are existing in Canada

1-what types of job could be expected to be found by them ? Can expect to help in finding a technical job like Aerospace Engineer , mechanical engineering, civil engineer, Biomedical Engineer , computer programmer

2-Do they help fast ?

3- Do they provide just general career or can count on them for little bit more engineering and special job like those I've mentioned above
