Canada PR through PNP - Query please

If somebody applies for Canada PR through PNP (General Stream) and succeeds, can he move anywhere in Canada later on or is it mandatory for him to live/work in that Province only. Seniors plz.

Yes later on,For example if we accept you,You are free to move Ontario,Manitoba......etc,Somebody has to replace people leaving those provinces who move to us

When you apply through PNP, you do promise that you intend to settle in that province. Of course intentions can change. If it turns out that you can't find a job in that province or you get a better job offer from another province, nobody will fault you for leaving. However, it would be a good idea to at least make an attempt to settle in the province that nominated you.
