hello experts,

Recently I pursue my post graduation degree from Canada and I applied for my PGWP but due to biometric updates it got rejected. I had maters degree from india and PG degree from canada plus i have 2.8yr work experience while I was in India before attending my PG.
moreover, I attempt IELTS recently and got overall 6.0 but in reading i got 5.5. I got LOA from st. Clair college. Now I’m thinking to apply under General stream with Required GIC and tuition fees of 1yr. So what are the chances to got visa?
I really appreciate your help.

If you have a masters degree and a post grad diploma, and now you're applying to a diploma program at a private college, I will suggest that you will have problems as the study plan doesn't make sense. A PhD makes sense.

How are you explaining your program choice in your SOP?

Was your PGWP rejected because you didn't give biometrics in time?

I did my pg In Digital Media Marketing for two years in Canada and now I’m taking IBM as a new program.
I will explain in my SOP that i got Digital Marketing knowledge and looking for some opportunities in my hometown, which is not very aware of online marketing and all stuff. This is how i got undervalued job as compared to my degree. Moreover, i am thinking about establishing a new international import-export business at my hometown. This is why I need some knowledge about international business and hows it’s work. Due to all colleges and universities in India providing basic knowledge about internet business so i choose Canada to get more knowledge as well as experience which helps me in future business. This is how I defend my new program in SOP. I also provide the proof that i used to work in my hometown but it’s pay is not good enough and the marketing is out off demand due to lack of awareness.

I got refusal on my PGWP because they didn’t find POP of biometric, which I already uploaded in time. However, I still fight for this because it’s technical issue with IRCC portal. On the other side I prepare for plan B as a student.

You will still need a very convincing SOP. What you've written starts to get there but does not explain how you cannot get this information in India (you just say that Indian schools provide a basic level of knowledge) or why Canada is where you need to go to get this knowledge, or why a private college (which most people understand make a large amount of their business revenue by effectively selling confirmation of enrolment to international students) is better than literally any other option.

If you actually uploaded proof of payment then you shouldn't have been rejected.

Did they reject you because it was not uploaded, or because they said it was fraudulent?

Ya I will explain more in details why I choose Canada’s private or public college (i also waiting for acceptance from Manitoba Trade and technology institute) over India’s college.

Believe me I uploaded POP. I have all the evidence to support that from POP to received no-reply mail on fees payment.
On my refusal they said “ didn’t find POP of biometric fees payment “.

Yes I did. And i also meet immigration lawyer and explain my case . She explain me this happens sometimes because of technical issues. And some of her clients also faced it. So she advise me to put reconsideration.

However, as I explain before if I put my student visa again with detailed SOP with better explanation. What are the chances?
If you have any idea about better SOP on my case please suggest me.
