Canada Immigration-Spouse Visa (From Pakistan)

Hi,

I m resident of Pakistan, 2014 applicant with visa office LONDON for spouse immigration of canada. I received email from Delhi medical (19th june 2015) for reassessment my medical validity because my intial medical examination has been expired. They required
Chest Xray
Complete medical report chest Xray requisition and report form (IMM5419)
Duly completed reassessment form

I got my medical done today 29th June 2015. But (doctor) PP in ION center Islamabad just performed my chest Xray and completed Reassessment form. (No blood test or Urine test)

Now what next? Is my reassessment done properly? What and when to expect next thing by LNDN immigration office

First medical done : June 2014
Application filed: July 2014
Sponsor approval and file transfer to London : Sep 2014
Further documents required : April 2015
Reassessment medical Request:19th june 2015
Reassessment medical done: 29th june 2015

What next.. ?

Next is your status in ECAS will change to in process and they will be doing the background checks on the applicant and a VO might contact you if they need any further documents from you, if not status will change to DM and you will receive PPR.
