I have cleared my CA entrance that is CPT , can i get transcripts of CPT for WES education evaluation ?? Does it increase my education points?

No - this won't increase your education points.

No, you can't claim points for any entrance exam unless it is a full-fledged course of two to three years. So to claim the maximum points in any of the criteria, you can go for the IELTS. this can give you a good score to increase your points.
