Canada Express Entry Passport Submission

Dear all,
I am from India I applied for a PR to Canada through Express entry around 5 months ago. I just received a mail from confirming my PR and it stated that I would have to submit my passport to the Canadian Embassy in India within 30 days. However, I am currently pursing a course in Paris for 3 months and would be unable to submit it in India. Is there a way I could submit it at the Embassy in Paris?

You have to write to IRCC via a webform. Request them to change the location to Canadian embassy in France: https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx
Only if they confirm, then you go ahead and submit. Follow the process that will be mentioned in there reply.
