Hi,
I would be completing 1 year on August 8th. Can I create my profile now and submit. Or i need to wait till 8th august to create my profile. Or i can create my profile now and submit after 8th?
Please suggest all possible scenarios

Your profile will be ineligible if you create with less than 1 year of experience.

Even if i create my profile without submitting it, still it would be ineligible?
Any reason behind this? My understanding was accept ITA post 8th august which mean after one year but i can start creating my profile at july end.

My understanding is, First check on following link about your eligibility. With your details, if this tool says eligible, then you can create EE profile.
Now in this tool, do not mention your experience 1 year, since you have not completed yet.

Thanks for responding. I will be waiting till august 8th to create and submit my profile . I have few more queries ....
1. is August 8th is the next tentative date for CIC to send ITA?
2. I have been working in Canada and also have valid Job offer. Hence i can mention "0" in the question where it is asked how much money i will bring with me? one of my friend got his PR by mentioning "0" in that column since he is currently earning in canada under Canada Experience class.
can you please confirm if that is fine or you see any problem can arise?

1. Invitations are every fortnight usually, so yes for August 8.
2. Yes, you can.
