Is PG diploma or graduate certificate completed at Canada is recognized for Express entry? If so under which category would it fall?

What do you mean by recognized for Express Entry? It is recognized for additional points but is not a base to be qualified under any Express Entry Categories.

• Federal Skilled Worker Program
• Federal Skilled Trades Program
• Canadian Experience Class

What I mean is, we will have categories to choose while applying for PR. At that time we will have options like,

Secondary school,
Bachelors,
Two or more certificates in which one should be 3 years or more
Masters
Ph.D

I have a Bachelors degree and 2 years and 8 months of work experience in IT. So under which category I should put my education if I do a Postgraduate Certificate or Postgraduate Diploma?
