You may be thinking about applying for PR under Canadian Experience Class - http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/cec/apply-who.asp
Based on your NOC right now as posted (Skill Level D) - you will need to upgrade to next managerial/supervisory level or reach at least Skill level B and get 12months full-time experience to become eligible under this class.
Other ways to get PR will be to have your or another employer support you under PNP - economic classes or watch for province-led immigration programs/pilot programs that target skilled workers already in Canada.
