Canada Child Benefit for visitor record holder

Hi, I have a question about Canada Child Benfit (CCB).
I had worked in Canada in two years from March - 2017 to March - 2019 and i am eligible to receive CCB when my baby was born last December (I received CCB from Jan to March 2019 already). But the problem is my work permit is expired in March, and now i apply to extend my stay as a visitor. So my question is am i eligible to continue to receive CCB? Thanks

Is your partner or spouse in Canada and what status do they have? No visitors are not eligible for CCB. You will need to update your status with CRA.
