Dear Friends,

I would like to apply for Canada tourist visa, in the application form there is a question about background question : it asks have you 'been refused admission to, or ordered t leave Canada, or any country?'
i am currently on UK work permit. on 2005 i got refused for UK Student visa from my home country India, i appealed in the UK immigration court against the result and granted the visa second time. But i don't have any refuse stamps on my passport. Do i need to answer Yes or NO for that question. Please help guys to fill the form.

Many Thanks
Voltan

Technically yes, and you can write applied 2nd time and was granted. Even though there is no stamp, it's not a crime to be refused and you did get it eventually so better to write the truth

hi friend,
Thank you for your advice i did mentioned in my application and going to apply next week after my bank statement ready.

cheers
